Broadcast Licensing Administrator

We’re looking for someone with high level administration skills to join the Broadcast Licensing Team as Broadcast Licensing Administrator. The Broadcast Licensing team looks after scheme development, licensing and account management for a range of areas including production music and broadcast licensing. In this role you will work with a dedicated team of music lovers who are passionate about the rights of music creators.
This is a permanent role, based in the APRA Sydney office in Ultimo. APRA currently has hybrid working arrangements with staff typically working both in the office and at home.
The Broadcast Licensing Administrator is responsible for the invoicing and client liaison for AMCOS Production Music clients as well as general assistance in the day to day processes of the Media Licensing Department.
Our successful candidate will have:
- Intermediate to Advanced Word, Excel and database proficiency
- High verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- An understanding of production music would be advantageous
