We are seeking reliable, professional, and pro-active candidates for the role of casual Compliance Officer. These roles are based in Brisbane/Gold Coast, Perth, Melbourne and Adelaide (3 roles available). Our compliance officers typically work 6 hours each week. Days of work are usually Thursday to Sunday, and between the hours of 12pm – 9pm when assigned to visit retail, restaurant and fitness centres or between the hours of 9pm to 3am when visiting nightclubs and music venues. The forthcoming week's work is outlined by the Team Leader by email on Monday each week.
Travel time is included in these hours, as well as time taken for the completion of the information reports and liaising with the Team Leader as to the forthcoming week’s work. The position may suit someone who studies or works part-time.
The Compliance Officer role sits within the OneMusic Australia department of APRA AMCOS. The position’s primary function is to collect and report information of music usage and/or attendance across a range of industries and venues including fitness, retail, hospitality, nightclubs and live music to assist with the substantiation of OneMusic license fees. Our idea candidate has:
- A good general knowledge of the local area including music venues, hospitality and other businesses
- A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid administration skills
- Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
