The Code of Conduct provides a voluntary framework of best practice for copyright collecting societies, like APRA AMCOS. The code was developed and adopted by Australian copyright collecting societies in 2002, and the new Code of Conduct came into effect in July 2019.
We submit an annual compliance report which is reviewed by an independent Code Reviewer.
The Code of Conduct for Collecting Societies website contains governance, financial and data information, including all documents relating to all the Australian collecting societies' compliance with the Code.
