The Australasian Performing Right Association Ltd (APRA) welcomes the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s (ACCC) decision to continue the exemption from certain competition laws for arrangements used to acquire and license the performing right in musical works, subject to conditions, for a further five-year period.
