21 APRA AMCOS members factor in to the 2025 Grammy Awards as nominees and/or contributors - spanning the categories of Best Dance Pop Recording, Best Country Album, Best Rap Album and more.
There are 94 Grammys categories in total.
Six members are nominated for the 2025 Grammys.
For the second time in two years, Troye Sivan is nominated for Best Dance Pop Recording for his track 'Got Me Started.' Co-writer Styalz Fuego is also included in this nomination, as are Jack Glass and John Stracey from Bag Raiders, whose lead synth from 2009’s “Shooting Stars” plays a pivotal role in the track. Four APRA AMCOS members nominated in this track alone!
Also nominated in this category is Aotearoa’s Leroy Clampitt, for his writing and production credits on Madison Beer’s track 'Make You Mine.'
Nick Cave received two nominations for Best Alternative Music Performance on the track 'Song of the Lake', as well as ‘Best Alternative Music Album’ for his 18th (!!!) studio album, Wild God which debuted at No. 5 in the UK.

Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker features on the Justice LP Hyperdrama, which is nominated for Best Dance/Electronic Dance Album. Parker has performing and writing credits on two tracks of the album – 'One night/All Night' and 'Neverender.' Also performing and writing on this record is Connan Mockasin, on the track 'Explorer.'
Post Malone’s album F-1 Trillion is nominated for Best Country Album. Jordan Dozzi has a co-writing credit on 'Pour Me a Drink (Feat. Blake Shelton)', which hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart last month.
Three additional members are recognised in the category of Producer of the Year (Non-Classical). Keanu Beats has writing and production credits on producer nominee Mustard and Travis Scott’s track 'Parking Lot.' On the same album, Lewis Hughes has production and writing credits on the track 'Up Now (Feat. Lil Yachty, Bluebucksclan & 42 Dugg)'. Alissia is also nominated in this category, with Queensland’s Nat Dunn holding a writing credit on BJ The Chicago Kid’s track 'Honey (feat. Chlöe).'
Hans Zimmer’s Dune Part II soundtrack is nominated for Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media (includes film and television). Two members played a role in the record - Simon Bowley on additional engineering duties and Dead Can Dance’s Lisa Gerrard as a vocalist.
Melbourne-based Alpha Wolf has also received praise for their Half Living Things live album. The record is nominated for Best Boxed or Special Limited Edition Package. Saxophonist Troy Roberts performed on Dan Pugach Big Band’s track “Little Fears”, from the album Bianca Reimagined: Music for Paws and Persistence, which has been nominated for Best Large Jazz Ensemble Album. Keanu Beats also has writer credits on Doechii's album Alligator Bites Never Heal, which is nominated for Best Rap Album. Keanu Beats has writing credits on the track "Slide."
Finally, composer and conductor Sven Libaek’s 1974 “Solar Flares” has been sampled in J.Cole’s track ‘Pricey (Feat Young Dro & Gucci Mane)’, from the record Might Delete Later. J.Cole has been nominated for Best Rap Album.
