Designed by 4000 Studios and facilitated by
Danny Harley, Dominik Felsmann and Konstantin Kersting

Emerging and established writers and producers are invited to submit an Expression of Interest for SongHubs Academy Advanced — a five‑day, immersive professional development experience taking place at RockingHorse Studios, Byron Bay from 11–15 May.

Designed by 4000 Studios, this fully funded intensive is for creators who are ready to move beyond making records and start operating at a globally professional level.

Eight places are available to APRA AMCOS members nationwide.

Learn directly from industry leaders

The program is facilitated directly by Konstantin Kersting, Danny Harley and Dominik Felsmann, each bringing a unique perspective on navigating a career in music.

The trio is a multi-platinum, multi-ARIA Award-winning team with over 15 billion combined streams and are co-owners of Brisbane’s 4000 Studios. Throughout their careers, the facilitators have worked with the likes of Tones and I, Spacey Jane, DMA'S, Muse, David Guetta, M83, Fisher, R3HAB, Steve Aoki, Milky Chance, Mallrat and many more.

What you'll gain:

The program provides a clear, working understanding of how the current music industry operates and how to build a solid strategy around your business. We'll cover everything from how money flows across master, publishing, and neighbouring rights to pricing your work, structuring income, negotiating effectively, and positioning yourself in the market.

Alongside this, participants will be placed in high-level writing and production rooms, working in rotating teams under real deadlines to create commercially viable music. The emphasis is on output, decision-making and operating at a professional standard, not theory.

Built and led by working and active writers and producers, the program reflects how the industry actually runs day to day. Participants will leave with new music, new collaborators and a clearer sense of how to operate at the high level the industry demands.
