Applications are open for The Nashville Residency, a two-week songwriting residency at Lockeland House in the heart of East Nashville, curated by Australian songwriters Clare Reynolds (Lollies) and Jordie Lane.

Taking place 21 September - 4 October, the residency is designed to immerse Australian country and Americana songwriters in one of the world's most influential creative communities.

The residency includes accommodation at Lockeland House, a per diem to support living costs, and dedicated access to studio and writing spaces, providing a fully integrated live-in creative experience.

The Nashville Residency provides dedicated time, space, and support to focus on songwriting, build industry connections, and experience Nashville's unique co-writing culture.

The successful applicant will receive:

• Two weeks' accommodation at Lockeland House (21 September - 4 October 2026)
• An $1,000 AUD honorarium
• Access to studio and writing spaces
• Curated writing sessions and introductions to Nashville songwriters and industry professionals
• A performance opportunity
• Ongoing support throughout the residency

NB: The recipient is responsible for their own travel costs to and from Nashville. Applicants must be ages 21 and up.
