We’ve all heard about big legal cases where music copyright ownership was disputed, but what are the steps you can take if this happens to you?
For this Insights session we’ll be joined by Jerome John, APRA AMCOS Senior Lawyer, who will detail the steps you, as a copyright creator, can take if your copyright material has been used without permission, or there is a dispute over ownership.
Jerome will discuss what a copyright infringement is from a legal perspective, some of the ways APRA AMCOS can assist when infractions or disputes occur, and will detail the alternative dispute resolution process offered through Resolutions Pathways.
