The Australasian Performing Right Association Ltd (APRA) acknowledges the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s (ACCC) decision today to authorise certain aspects of APRA’s music licensing arrangements for a further 4 year period.
APRA appreciated the opportunity to respond to the various industry submissions made to the ACCC during the authorisation renewal process and looks forward to implementing improvements to continue to better serve its members and licensees.
